At first, when I read the title, I wasn’t sure how I would feel about these. But as I looked at the picture (and heard the suggestions of the toaster oven smells) I think this might have to happen!
Only thing is, my waffle iron is like 50 years old haha. I’ll have to see if it can handle it! 😀
The title made me want to read this, everything tastes better with bacon! Pinning this now so I don’t forget. Would be a great dish for Christmas morning.
Sounds yummy! I love waffles (in fact, my daughter asked for me to make some this morning!). I also like your birthday traditions – we had the same tradition of the birthday person picking their special meal. Starting with a special breakfast sounds like a great idea too! 🙂
Bacon + Brown Sugar + Waffles = What time can I come over for breakfast. Even the picture looks edible. Will have to share this with my husband the real cook around here.

These look so yummy. I can make them for the kids and my husband but I recently started Clean Eating so no more processed food for me. But nice idea!
