2023 Valleywood Block Party

Join us for our 2nd Annual Valleywood Block Party! This event last year brought approx 400-500 residents together throughout the day to enjoy an outdoor vendors market, kids zone, food vendors and more…. and our community is soooooooo looking forward to attending it again this year!

The Valleywood Block Party offers the perfect opportunity to connect with the community, network and promote/sell your product and/or service by becoming a vendor and/or sponsor.

**PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS THOROUGHLY**

Vendor Fees for a 10×10 space is $65.

This fee covers the cost of space, insurance, and advertising.

This event is planned by Valleywood residents that volunteer their time to the community. It is completely non-profit as we want to solely bring our community together and support local small businesses.

As a vendor you will be responsible for providing the following:

– 10×10 Tent and weights (mandatory)

– Your own tables, chairs and anything you need for your display setup

– Assistance with spreading the word about this event through your social media channels.

This event will run rain or shine.

In the event that you need to withdraw your participation as a vendor, your fee can be refunded as long as we are notified before August 1st AND we are able to find a replacement vendor for your space.

Otherwise it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

We advertise this event through multiple direct mail flyer campaigns to the 900+ households located in Valleywood, event posters/signage throughout the South Caledon Community, event posts in the Valleywood Community Facebook group (1.5k members) and surrounding community facebook groups, Facebook event listings, posts on our IG account @valleywoodcommunityevents and paid boosted ads on IG.

Applications will close on June 19th.

Acceptance/Waitlist emails will be sent out the week of June 19th.

Categories will be limited to 2-3 like vendors max, but our hope is to have a group of different vendors so that attendees can enjoy the variety.

This event is all about community, and as such we will also be fundraising for a very special local charity ~ Cassie’s Place (providing day programs for individuals with disabilities within the community).
