Maple Butter Tarts Recipe - Easy Baking Exchange Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Corn Syrup
  • 12 unbaked Tart Shells
  • 1/2 cup Raisins

Instructions

  • Place Tart Shells on cookie sheet (I lined mine with foil for ease of clean up, as sometimes the tarts boil over a little) and place raisins in the bottom - you your discretion for the amount. Love raisins? Then load them up!
  • Cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • Blend in Maple Syrup and Corn Syrup. Then pour mixture into tart shells.
  • Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
