Mint Chocolate Fudge


  • 1 pkg 170g Baker’s Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate
  • 1 can 300mL Sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 3 Chips Ahoy! Cookies chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkg 170g Baker’s White Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Mint Extract
  • Green Food Colouring
  • 2-3 Peppermint Candy Canes crushed


  • Line a 8” square pan with foil, to make it easy to remove the fudge once it is done
  • Microwave dark chocolate and 2/3 cup of condensed milk on medium power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  • Add in chopped cookies and vanilla. Mix well and spread onto the bottom of the pan
  • In a separate bowl microwave white chocolate and the remaining condensed milk on medium power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted.
  • To the white chocolate mixture add in 5 drops of green food colouring and mint extract. Mix well and spread over the bottom layer in the pan.
  • Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
