Homemade Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Delicious Peanut Buttery - Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies, perfectly paired with cold milk or enjoyed alone!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pkg 225g Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat the peanut butter and the butter until creamy. Add the sugars, beat again until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix the oats, flour and baking soda together. Add to the peanut butter mixture; beat until blended. Stir in chocolate.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls of dough, about 1 inch apart, onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake 10-12 min. Cool on the baking sheets for about 3 min, then place on wire racks to cool completely.
