Preheat over to 350oF
In a large mixing bowl mix rhubarb, apples, lemon zest, lemon juice, white sugar 1/4 flour, and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Place mixture in a 9x9 inch glass baking dish
In another bowl combine oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, cloves, 1.2 flour, and brown sugar.
Add butter to oat mixture and combine with your hands until the mixture is crumbly and forms pea size nuggets.
Spread evenly over the apple mixture.
Bake on a baking sheet for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
