Maple Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 David Maple Leaf Cookies crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Quick-cooking oats
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Cool Whip Whipped Topping Thawed

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Toss apples with sugar; spoon into 2 ramekins.
  • Mix crushed cookies, oats, maple syrup and butter together; sprinkle over apples.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until apples are tender and topping is crisp and golden brown.
  • Sever topped with Cool Whip. Enjoy
