Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat and brown brisket or steak. Remove brisket and place in slow cooker.
Cook peppers, onion and garlic in same pan, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.
Stir in Pasta Sauce and Knorr® Beef Bouillon Cube.
Cook covered on high 4 - 6 hours or low 8 -10 hours or until brisket is fork-tender. Remove brisket from sauce; cool slightly, then shred with two forks. Return to sauce and stir
Serve on fresh Italian Buns with toppings such as guacamole, shredded cheese, sour cream or your favourite toppings.
