Easy Tex Mex Potatoes


  • 4 Baking Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 green onion chopped


  • Prick potatoes in several places on both sides with a fork.
  • Place potatoes on a paper towel or microwaveable plate. Microwave using the baked potato setting on your microwave or on HIGH 8 to 10 min. (until potatoes are tender)
  • Cut crosswise slit in top of each potato. Fluff the centres with a fork.
  • Top with cheese, salsa, sour cream and garnish with green onion
  • Enjoy!
