Prick potatoes in several places on both sides with a fork.
Place potatoes on a paper towel or microwaveable plate. Microwave using the baked potato setting on your microwave or on HIGH 8 to 10 min. (until potatoes are tender)
Cut crosswise slit in top of each potato. Fluff the centres with a fork.
Top with cheese, salsa, sour cream and garnish with green onion
