Eggnog lattes are an excellent way to use up any leftover eggnog that you have hanging around in the fridge after you make your eggnog cheesecake bars. They are certainly a delicious way to enjoy your coffee over the holiday season. Plus is there a better way to warm up on a cold December morning then with an Eggnog Latte?
One simple way of adding some eggnog to your morning (or afternoon) caffeine break is to simply replace the milk or cream in your coffee with eggnog. Personally, I like a bit of extra kick, so I make mine Italian style with a stove top espresso maker. You can make yours the same way or with an espresso machine or with espresso from your single cup, counter top brewing system. 
Eggnog Latte Recipe

Yeild: 1 – 10 oz beverage.
Double, triple, or Quintuple as necessary
Ingredients
Espresso
Eggnog
Milk
Nutmeg, optional
Directions
Combine 3/4 cup of eggnog with 1/4 cup milk. Heat or steam the milk in a pot on the stove or do what I do and microwave it in a glass measuring cup. In the microwave, it should take about 1 minute and 45 seconds on High. On the stove, keep it at a medium heat for around 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare your espresso in a stove-top maker, in your fancy espresso machine, or in your single-cup brewer.
Pour the espresso into a cup. Pour the steamed eggnog/milk mixture over the espresso. If you so choose, dust a bit of ground nutmeg on the top.
Enjoy!
You can easily double this recipe up to share with a friend. Or keep it all to yourself and curl up with a good book while sipping away on this delicious Eggnog Latte by the Christmas tree. Because with all the Christmas craziness, it is nice to find a few moments to yourself to relax.
While the kids may love hot chocolate after being outside building snowmen or tobogganing you can whip up an Eggnog Latte for yourself to warm up.

Hi! This question is off topic but I wanted to know if for your Hot Strawberry Drink Mix you meant Strawberry Mix for milk (like Nestle’s Quik) or pre-sweetened strawberry soft drink mix (like Kool-Aid). At first I assumed mix for milk but then started to 2nd guess myself. Thank you!
