For those of you worried about not liking coconut, we were pretty skeptical of the coconut milk ourselves (I'm Rebecca's husband), but in the end, we couldn't really taste it. If the flavour does come through, it's fairly subtle. Mostly this pie just taste chocolaty and delicious!
