After a long week of wrangling my crew of 3 under 4, I really look forward to Friday night. Every Friday night my husband and I put the kids to bed early, watch a movie and enjoy some good food. We usually snack on chips, chocolate or sometimes cheese and crackers and of course a tall glass of wine! This week I wanted to try something with a kick and found a tasty recipe by Kraft Canada, Mustard-Almond Baked Brie. I did put my own twist with this recipe by using a peach-mango jam instead of orange marmalade.
This recipe is very easy to make. And a relaxing Friday night off shouldn’t start with a complicated recipe! If you’re like me you want something quick, easy and delicious, and this baked brie is the answer. In less then 5 mins I was on the couch, feet up with my snack in hand.
One of my favourite parts about the recipe is the delicious zing of Heinz’s Dijon Mustard. Not only do I want to relax on my Friday night off, I want my taste buds to have fun and they definitely do with this baked Brie recipe! Not to mention, this recipe is the perfect snack to go with one of my favourite wines… chardonnay!
With that said, let’s take a look at this easy, no fuss recipe!
