Maple Syrup Experience at Elliott Tree Farm

$36.50The Elliott Tree Farm 2024 Maple Syrup Experience kicks off on Saturday February 17 for Family Day Weekend!
Join us within an hour of the GTA for our annual Canadian tradition with our famous pancake breakfast at the Horse Barn Canteen, followed by a 10 – 15-minute sugarbush trail walk to enjoy our sugarbush experience where you will visit our sugar shack, check sap buckets, and taste sap, maple sugar and fresh maple toffee over snow.
Afterward, return to the Heritage Barn to experience the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario and learn about the unique history of maple syrup within our province. Dogs are welcome on a leash and please remember to dress for the farm!
During the maple season the farm opens for Family Day Weekend Saturday, February 17th to Monday, February 19 and then weekends, Saturday’s & Sundays from February 24- April 7, as well as March Break.

- Entrance to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario
- All you can eat pancakes with pure maple syrup and a side of sausage and bacon with a hot coffee or cider, juice, water inside our warm Horse Barn Canteen.
- Farm entrance and maple sugar trail access
- Learn about the history of maple syrup and maple syrup production.
- Taste raw sap, partially cooked sap, fresh maple sugar and fresh maple toffee from maple syrup.
- Sugarbush and sugar shack experience
- Checking sap buckets in the forest
- Campfire
- Complimentary toboggans for the sugar shack trail.
- pure maple syrup products, local gifts, hot chocolate, coffee, and treats are available for purchase at the Heritage Barn following your experience.
Elliott Tree Farm is a circa 1890 family Christmas tree & maple syrup farm located north of the scenic village of Hillsburgh approximately 1 hour from Toronto.
