    Say hello to the new Indigo Square One and celebrate with fun events the whole family can enjoy!   2. Kids Kitchen Cooking School MARVELOUS MEXICAN – Drop Off Program:  March 2 1-3PM
    Your budding Young Chefs join us in the PC Cooking School, together with a parent, to make some age appropriate recipes. The kids will learn about measuring and recipes and ideally start to develop a great relationship with cooking as they get to eat the foods they prepare!
    Recipe: Guacamole Mexican lasagna, Pineapple and lime punch Mexican ice cream balls.
  3. Little Hands Cooking School  Parent and Child Event  March 2 10-11AM
    Your budding Young Chefs join us in the PC Cooking School, together with a parent, to make some age appropriate recipes. The kids will learn about measuring and recipes and ideally start to develop a great relationship with cooking as they get to eat the foods they prepare!   4. Sensory Friendly Saturdays March 2 4-6PM
    Open to all ages and abilities, Sensory-friendly Saturdays offers family-friendly programs — including an open-format planetarium experience, family workshops and lights-up, sound-down films — to enhance accessibility for those affected with sensory processing difficulties and neurodevelopmental disorders. Join a behaviour therapist from Geneva Centre for Autism in an interactive, sensory-based activity. March Topic – Play and Language

    It’s that time of year again! Join us on March 5 for our 11th annual Pancake Tuesday event! Pancakes are $1 and proceeds will support the Canadian Cancer Society and Canadians living with cancer.

    March’s demo day is looking great!! If you’ve ever wondered if VR would make you feel any nausea or if its even for you, come on down to the free day for 20 minutes of FREE VR of one of our three featured games! No booking required! RSVP on Facebook and come on in – first come first served!

  8. Seedy Saturday and Garden Show March 9 10-3PM
    This annual event will take place in the Century Gardens Recreation Centre Auditorium. With over 20 exhibitors, receive gardening information, share, swap and buy seeds, create gardening communities, take part in exhibits and presentations, and visit the Seedy Café.   9. Birding with the Experts – March 9 8:30-10AM
    Join birders Luc Fazio and Dan Salisbury for a winter or spring birding hike! Dress for the weather and bring your own binoculars, if possible. Meet at: Saddington Park at the Southernmost Parking Lot

    2. Mississauga School Nights Game March 12th @7PM
      The Mississauga Steelheads are proud to announce that March 12th’s game against the Erie Otters is New-School Night. What does that mean? The Steelheads are excited to welcome in the next-generation of hockey fans behind the curtain to show them what goes into making the Mississauga Steelheads and the hockey world work. There are seven positions: warm up coach, PA announcer, DJ/Goal Horn, Social Media Sidekick, Junior Reporter, Junior In Game Host, and Junior Radio Announcer.

    3. Meet Paw Patrol at Dixie Mall: Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17 
      11:00am and 2:00pm.
      For two exciting days this March Break, Dixie Outlet Mall is hosting a special meet and greet with two characters from PAW Patrol! Meet and take photos with Skye and Chase! The FREE Meet & Greet will take place in the Silver Wing between Urban Planet and Laura Outlet.

    4. March Break at Shoppers World March 11-15

      Again this year we are happy to offer FREE March Break Camps at SWB all March Break long!
      All Camps can be attended on a first-come, first-served basis.
      Reservations are available for the first 50% of the camp only. 

      Camps are located in Southside Court across from Urban Planet. Camp times from Monday – Thursday are 12:00pm – 3:00pm and Friday’s Camp runs from 1:00pm-3:00pm *Each session is 1 hour long*

      TUESDAY MARCH 12 – Wizard Camp
      WEDNESDAY MARCH 13 – Wacky Science Camp

      Enjoy syrup-making demonstrations, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, taffy tasting and of course a plate of fresh pancakes with real maple syrup. Enjoy a full lineup of performers, including Four Paws Flying dog show and The Tradition: Traditional Metis and folk music! Don’t forget to take some maple products back home with you, available for purchase in our Visitor’s Welcome Centre. Daily activities INCLUDE: Pancake House, taffy station, wood branding station, and giant games.       Mississauga’s favourite maple tradition returns to the Bradley Museum for March Break! Activities include Maple Sap Line Tours, Taffy Demonstrations, Historic House Tours, Sugar Shack, Petting Zoo, Imagination Playground, Spring is Coming: Seed Planting Activity, Enchanted Forest, and Creation Station Under 5 Play Area.

    12. Solve the crime! March Break Mystery at Black Creek Pioneer Village – March 11-17
      10-4PM  Black Creek Pioneer Village -> 1000 Murray Ross Pkwy North York, ON 

      Solve the Mystery: Crime strikes the Village and it’s up to you to help Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson solve the case by Attending Watson’s Detective School and using the clues. Other activities include: Maple Syrup Festival and Wagon Rides.

    1. Salsa Bellies: Tues., Mar. 19th at 7:30 pm
      Sway your hips and celebrate your “bump” in this low-impact yet lively dance class. Salsa Bellies™ is a great way to stay active and feel sexy throughout pregnancy, you’ll meet other moms-to-be and enjoy comparing notes about the journey of motherhood. Specifically designed with prenatal considerations in mind, the class includes a warm-up and instruction of basic Latin dance steps including Salsa, Samba and Rhumba followed by floor exercises to help prepare the body, mind, and spirit for labour and delivery.
