When going through tough times it is so important to lead with kindness and make sure that we say THANK YOU for those who are on the front lines of the crisis. During the COVID-19 crisis we have seen so many groups of workers stepping up to make sure the general public is taken care of. Many of us feel powerless to help, but saying thank you and spreading kindness can go along way. In times when people dwell on the negative, it can be so uplifting to brightens someones day. When times get tough leading with kindness is what we all need to focus on, and saying thank you to those who are stepping up in difficult situations is just one way to do that. In crisis many think of doctors and nurses, but there are a LOT of other essential workers and staff out there right now that are playing a vital role in keeping things going for all of us.
