10 Minute Meal Idea – Easy 2 step Pan Seared Tilapia Recipe

I don’t know about you, but week day meals in our house must be easy and fast!  My defaults are sadly chicken fingers and pasta like this Easy Lasagna Skillet, but not at the same time…unless I’m really tired :P.  Of course the girls love these, which is why they come out on a day I haven’t planned anything…or the plan has failed me somehow.  But, every once in a while I like to make something a little different.  I’ve never been much of a fish fan, however since turning to a healthier diet I feel it’s something I have to get used to.  Tilapia was recommended, as a fish that is not overly ‘fishy’ it was a great fit.  It’s easy to make, fast and delicious – the girls even like it!! If you aren’t sure how to dive into cooking fish and need somewhere easy to start, check out this incredible recipe.
