Cranberry Pecan Peanut Butter Bites
I told you Peanut Butter Snack Bites were addictive and fun to make! First there were the Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Bites, then Marshmallow Peanut Butter Snack Bites…. and now Cranberry Pecan Peanut Butter Snack Bites. We have been having so much fun making different Peanut Butter Snack Bite recipes. With the 3 main ingredients (peanut butter, honey and oats) always on hand, we can whip up a batch of these anytime the boys want a little snack.
We have had fun coming up with different combinations and trying new recipes. Since this recipe is so versatile, Monkey and Little Bear really love being able to give input into what we add to the base ingredients to create their very own snack bites. Plus we all have fun getting our hands a little sticky. With so many different recipes of Peanut Butter Snack Bites on the Kraft website, you will be sure to find one for every taste. The boys already have raisins picked out for our next recipe. But for now, here is how you make Cranberry Pecan Peanut Butter Snack Bites.
Cranberry Pecan Peanut Butter Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter smooth works great too
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and oats together until blended. Stir in cranberries and pecans
- Refrigerate mixture for 20 min.
- Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. of the mixture for each.
- Store in the fridge in a sealed container
- Enjoy

I made something super similar to this about a month ago just for the kids and I still haven’t shared it.. I never thought of oats though. The thing about peanut butter is that I can put it in almost anything for my younger child and she will eat it because she has mad peanut butter love. It is first thing in the morning and last thing at night for her. LOL.
I bet these would be a great snack for camping and hiking.
