I shared my Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cheesecake with you before and I heard how much you loved it. I wanted to put a nice twist on that recipe. The Reese Peanut Butter Cup No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe is similar except  in addition to Oreo cookies we are using Reese Peanut Butter Cups. The Peanut Butter Cups add an extra, delicious, dimension to the regular cheesecake recipe.

Reese Peanut Butter Cup No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Reese Peanut Butter Cup No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo Cookies
  • 1 pkg (250g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • ½ cup of Kraft Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
  • 6 Reese Peanut Butter Cups, divided, chopped
  • Mini Reese Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin, and put an Oreo in the bottom of each
  2. In a bowl beat together cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar with an electric mixer until blended.
  3. Fold in ½ cup of Cool Whip and chopped Reese Peanut Butter Cups
  4. Divide mixture and spoon into liners over the Oreo cookie.
  5. Microwave on medium heat ½ cup of Cool Whip and 6 Mini Reese Peanut Butter Cups and stir until smooth.
  6. Divide and pour over each mini cheesecake. Top with Mini Reese Peanut Butter Cups
  7. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight
  8. Enjoy!
