Spice up your Nachos with this Fajita Skillet Recipe from Uncle Ben’s #Bensbeginners

Nachos are a favourite snack food in our house – baked in the oven, paired with salsa, I have not found a nacho that I didn’t love.  Well this week we kicked it up a notch with the Fajita Skillet Dinner recipe from Uncle Ben’s!  I think this is my new favourite to pair with nacho chips.  This recipe is filling enough to serve as dinner for the family or put out as a snack at a party.  The kids LOVED it, and thought it was great that they got to have nacho chips with dinner!  Easy Fajita Skillet Recipe 4

  1. Oh my gosh that looks SO yummy! We have “Nacho Night” ever once in awhile, and while they are good…I’d love to change things up a bit with this recipe. Thanks Katie!

  2. I had never thought to make nachos this way! We haven’t had nachos in a few years (at least not made in our home) and now I really want to try this! Thank you for sharing!

Yum that looks so good!! Funny how I worked at a Mexican restaurant for 3 years in high school, served rice with fajitas and nachos, but not once thought to add it to mine at home! Weird! I love rice!! Thanks for the idea!
